She completed a master's degree in psychology, specializing in psychotherapy and sex therapy. Currently, she is a psychotherapist in the process of certification through accredited training in cognitive-behavioral therapy. She has gained professional experience at the Mental Health Clinic of the State Medical Institute of the Ministry of Interior and Administration in Warsaw. She is a member of the Polish Association for Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
She regularly submits her work to supervision, ensuring continuous development through participation in specialized training, workshops, and conferences. She specializes in working with adults experiencing mental health difficulties, including:
- Anxiety disorders (panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), phobias)
- Mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder)
- Psychosomatic disorders
- PTSD
- Personality disorders (dependent, avoidant, narcissistic, histrionic, borderline, paranoid, schizotypal, schizoid)
She also conducts personality diagnostics using tools such as MMPI-2 and SCID-5, as well as ADHD diagnostics for adults (DIVA-5).
In her therapeutic work, she places particular emphasis on creating an atmosphere of safety, acceptance, and curiosity, which forms the foundation of an effective healing process.
